RAIDStorage.uk.com on-site cover provides the customer with a range of call-out
times from time critical (2 hours) through to the economy of a 5-day or scheduled
regular visit. Our engineers knowledge is based on a wide range of experience with
subsystem related products such as disks, tape, RAID and JBOD architectures.

Where the equipment is non-critical and would be expensive to maintain on-site, a
return-to-base contract is available. This provides a guaranteed fix and return time.

RAIDStorage.uk.com provides all of its customers free telephone support for all of the products
on both warranty and maintenance. When software updates, bug fixes, and in-depth
software support are required, a separate contract is available as an additional service
to existing or new hardware contracts. The contract is registered with the source of
the software to ensure that the most up-to-date versions are available on a "badged"
RAIDStorage.uk.com CD. OS patch updates are also available on CD. Alternatively, the same data can be
downloaded directly via the
Internet, from a secure area on the RAIDStorage.uk.com Web site.

Where equipment is not under cover but is required to be repaired, RAIDStorage.uk.com offer a
chargeable return-to-base repair service. Whilst we cannot guarantee a time to repair,
we will offer a fixed price once the unit is evaluated, and give an indication of
the expected time scales. Typically this will be within 30 days where the parts are
available.
